At the moment, we deliver within Bahrain and the GCC countries:
Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.
We are excited to share that worldwide shipping will be available soon. Updates will be announced on our website and social media channels.
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time as we expand our services.
Delivery in Bahrain and to GCC Countries

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Fridays, or on Bahraini public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected during sales periods, national holidays, or customs procedures for GCC orders.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer not being available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Important Delivery Information

Delivery times begin from the moment your order is confirmed.

While we aim to meet the estimated timelines, these are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier delays, customs processing, or incomplete address details.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.

Deliveries are made on all days except Fridays and Bahraini public holidays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible, and for providing any identification required for customs clearance when applicable.
Pre-Orders
Estimated delivery dates shown above do not apply to pre-order, or customized items. Specific timelines for pre-orders and customized items will be provided on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver due to restricted access, incorrect address details, or customer absence, a new delivery may be arranged and additional charges could apply. You will be informed in advance of any such fees.
We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

Limited access to the delivery location

Items that cannot fit into the premises
Address Changes & Order Tracking

Changes to the delivery address or date can be requested before the order is dispatched.

Once dispatch confirmation has been sent, address changes will no longer be possible.

Changing the delivery country after placing an order is not permitted.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been processed, allowing you to follow your shipment status.
