No return will be accepted without proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer only.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payer’s bank account used for the purchase, for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank details; Zumorrod is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided.
3. If You Wish to Change an Item

Zumorrod does not offer direct exchanges.

If you prefer a different size or style, you must first return the item according to this policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

International returns must also be requested within 15 days of delivery.
