Returns & Exchanges

At Zumorrod, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In their original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • No return will be accepted without proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer only.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payer’s bank account used for the purchase, for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank details; Zumorrod is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided.

3. If You Wish to Change an Item

  • Zumorrod does not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you prefer a different size or style, you must first return the item according to this policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the item along with your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges where applicable.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. International Orders

  • International returns must also be requested within 15 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes incurred when sending items back to Zumorrod.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item clears customs and is received in its original condition.

  • Delivery times for international refunds may take longer due to shipping and customs procedures.
